You can always check where the document is and whose turn it is to sign using the "Status Details" button at Tenant Details page.
To Navigate to Tenant Details page
1) Click on name of tenant from your Dashboard Recent Activities Table
OR
2) Go to Properties > View Leases > select the tenant > click "Status Details" button under Executed Documents tab to open a PDF with the audit trail which will show who has viewed the email, who has signed the docs, etc.
Notice the "Email Reminder" button is also there in case you want to send a reminder to your tenant.
Important: The email to sign the lease will come from Adobesign@adobe.com "Signature requested on LeaseRunner.com Document Batch" so instruct your tenant to look for an email that is coming from Adobesign@adobe.com
Here is a sample of what the "Status Details" button pulls up in the Audit Trail for the PDF. Names have been redacted for privacy. In this example, there were multiple tenants who needed to sign the documents, which is why there are multiple line items showing the sequential order of tenant 1 viewing then signing, tenant 2 viewing and signing, and then finally, the landlord viewing and signing. Final step shows the completion of all parties signed, and LeaseRunner sending copies of all signed docs to all parties involved in this batch.
