If you sent a lease batch to your tenant(s) and they are saying they didn't receive the email to sign, here are your next steps:
1) Check the status of who has viewed or signed the documents in your LeaseRunner account, by navigating to Tenant Details page > Executed Documents Tab > Status Details button. (To get to Tenant Details page, simply click on the name of your tenant from your Dashboard page.)
2) Verify the lease email did not bounce to your tenant's email using the Status Details above. If Status Details indicates the lease email is bouncing, you must cancel the outstanding lease batch, correct the email address and re-send the lease batch. See related article Lease Batch is bouncing-correct email address
3) Send a reminder email to your tenant using the "Email Reminder" button on Tenant Details page > Executed Documents > Email Reminder. This often helps tenants to see it at the top of their inbox.
4) Instruct Tenant(s) to look for an email coming from Adobe Acrobat Sign.
Instruct the tenant to look for an email coming from Adobesign@adobe.com "Signature requested on LeaseRunner Document Batch".
The header in their email inbox may look like this:
Tell your tenant they can use the search function in their email account to search for: "Adobe" to help them locate the email.
