You can change the tenant's email address at his Tenant Details page > Tenant Info > change email > Save but this doesn't change the email address on a document that was already sent.
Editing email address AFTER the documents were sent for e-signatures.
Once documents have been sent, you cannot change any data on the specific document. You will have to cancel the batch of documents that was sent. This automatically cancels the signing process. Go to Tenant Details > Executed Documents tab > Cancel.
Change the email address at Tenant Details and send the documents again for e-signatures. This will not result in an additional charge since LeaseRunner charges your credit card only after the documents are signed by all parties.
Please make sure you start off with a valid email address. LeaseRunner may not notify you that the email with a document attached bounced, but it will be noted in the Status Details next to the sent document.
