How can I list minors on the lease?

Question: How can I list minors on the lease documents?

Answer: Our leases automatically include all minor children to live on the premisses. 
If you need to list their names in the lease for HOA, school, or other purposes, you can either 
1) list their names in the ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS section of the lease (go to Properties > Edit Lease Terms > Additional Provisions > SAVE) and then batch the lease

OR
2) you can duplicate and edit the Template and edit the provision that discusses Occupants (under Templates > State Specific >Duplicate and then Edit the template).
