Question: Will I be charged a $39 fee every time I send a lease for signature?
Answer: Great question, the fee is charged only after each party, including yourself, the landlord, signs the lease agreement.
If for some reason the tenant cannot go thru with signing the lease, or the landlord changes his mind about renting to the tenant, or a correction needs to be made to the document batch that was already sent, the landlord can simply refrain from signing the lease and no charge will be made.
The fee is only assessed after the landlord signs the document as the final singer.
