Question: How do I send a Rental Application for more than one Applicant?

Answer: Use our "LINK >> Create" feature  that will produce an "APPLY NOW" link (url) that can be copied and pasted to send to multiple applicants at once.

(Each applicant then follows instructions to generate their own application.)

You will need your applicant's name and email address to complete the order.

• An application will need to be sent individually to each person. In other words, only one application per person.
• Each applicant receives their own application from the property manager;
• Two or more people cannot be on the same application.
• Applicants should not forward their link to any other applicant. Doing so would erase the original app data.

Creating an APPLY NOW link with LeaseRunner is easy! Go to Dashboard >> LINK >> Create. Fill out a brief form and click "Continue". Once you get to the end, you now, have a URL that can be copied and pasted into an email for as many applicants as you would like to include in that email. 

Sending the APPLY NOW link to multiple tenants takes place outside of the LeaseRunner system, i.e. the property manager sends out an email from their own email account.

There is no short cut or way to add more than one applicant to the same application form but each applicant is able to generate their own application from the APPLY NOW link.
