How to use our APPLY NOW link?

How can you manage multiple applicants interested in applying for your rental? Use our APPLY NOW link feature to create a unique, APPLY NOW url which can be emailed to your applicants, or you can copy and paste it and put it up on social media platforms to advertise to interested parties. 

Simply put, the APPLY NOW link is another way for applicants to apply for your rental, and it saves you the step of logging into your LeaseRunner account and creating and sending out a screening order yourself.

• Your customized URL can be emailed to interested prospective tenants!
• Your customized link will contain your rental property info and the ability for interested applicants to fill in their name and email address to begin their tenant screening process. When you create the link you determine which reports you want applicants to complete when they use the link to apply.
• Use the "copy" feature to copy your URL then paste it into an email of your own to send out to interested parties. They will be able to click on the link from your email and begin the application process. 

From your Dashboard in LeaseRunner, click LINK > Create.

Fill out a brief page to configure your screening link. Then click "copy" to grab the url and paste it into an email, or test it by pasting it into a new tab on your browser, to see what the applicant will see when they get it.

To get to the APPLY NOW link (URL) after creating it through LeaseRunner, it can be found at the bottom of your Dashboard page under the heading:

To disable the link, simply click the button "Disable Link" to stop parties from applying.
