For landlords/property managers/realtors/agents:

Once you send a screening order to your applicant, they receive an email from LeaseRunner which includes the unique secured link they can use to complete their order.

Depending on which reports you include in the order, the applicant's process is tailored to follow the online prompts to complete their specific order. 

Here is a sample of what the applicant receives in their email after a screening order is sent.

In this sample the order includes a Criminal Background Check, Cash Flow Report and an Eviction Check. 

The applicant opens this email and clicks on the "continue" button which takes them to their secured link, seen below. If a Cash Flow Report is ordered, it is the first item to be completed.

After the applicant completes their Cash Flow Report, the next page displays for the Criminal Background Check and Eviction Check. 

After the applicant fills out the fields, checks the boxes to authorize the release of their reports, and clicks continue they will be served a payment screen if you selected the applicant will pay for the order you sent. (If you selected the landlord will pay for the order, this is when your credit card will be charged, upon submission by the applicant.)

If any reports were skipped, the applicant is not charged for those skipped. 

Note the non-refundable clause. LeaseRunner incurs a fee for each report that is processed.

Once the applicant's payment is successfully completed they will get a message that they are "All Done!"

After the order is submitted and paid for, the report results are instantaneously available to view in your landlord LeaseRunner account under that applicant's profile page.
