If you change your mind about which screening reports you want your applicant to complete, you can send a 2nd screening order with only the reports you DO want checked off on the order form.
For example, if you originally sent a screening order asking your applicant to complete a rental application, a credit report, a criminal background check and an eviction check, but now you discover the applicant has no credit (because they are an international applicant or are a young college student with no established credit history).
The way to skip/ forgo the credit report piece, is to send a new screening order leaving out the credit report on the order form.
The second order supersedes the first. The applicant's original order gets replaced by the second order.
The applicant does not get a choice to skip the credit report, that's why you, the landlord, will need to step in and reissue a new screening order for them.
Instruct the applicant to look for a new email that does not contain the report(s) you took off. They can proceed with the release of their reports from the most recently sent screening email.
