Question: Can I order other screening reports on the same applicant later?

Answer: Certainly, you can order say, a criminal and eviction check, wait for the results to come back and then send a 2nd order for the credit report.  The system keeps track of which reports were completed and it remembers the applicant's info, just select their name from the drop down menu under the "Prospective Tenant" section of the Screening order form.

On each order, you choose who will pay for the screening costs, applicant, or landlord.

Please note: If you send the rental application out in the initial order and then send a 2nd order with different reports selected, the 2nd order cancels out the first order (by design, the system thinks you've changed your mind and assumes the most recently sent order is the one you want the applicant to fill out).

Important! The key is waiting until the applicant has finished/completed the 1st order, then you can send a new screen order for other reports as you see fit and wait for them to finish/complete the 2nd order sent. You'll get an email when the applicant is finished with the order. Or, you'll see green check marks next to the reports that are finished, when viewing the Applicant Details page in your LeaseRunner account.

If you send an order, and then change your mind on which reports you want completed, you can always send a new order with the correct reports selected and send it off to your applicant, which will supersede the first order.
