While Lease Runner does supply a free rental application (if ordered by the landlord) for your applicant to fill out, which does ask the applicant to list employment history, it is up to your due diligence, as the landlord, to follow up on employment history for your applicant.
LeaseRunner does not verify employment history.
To locate the work history information your applicant filled out on their rental application (if ordered by the landlord), navigate to: Dashboard >> Recent Activities table >> click on tenant's name.
-OR- Use the search bar and type in the tenant's name (can be first name, last name or both). This should find your applicant, from there you can click on their name to pull up the Applicant Details page. Click on Applicant Info tab >> Employment History section of the Rental Application.
If you did not order a Rental Application on this applicant using LeaseRunner's Screening service, there will be no data filled in for the Rental Application for the applicant in your account.
If you would like to order a Rental Application for an applicant Go to >> Dashboard >> Screen >> Order and check the box for the Rental Application and Send the order, and wait for the applicant to complete it and submit it to your account.
