If you need to create a custom cosigner agreement, either from scratch or by duplicating our base cosigner agreement, you must have the check box checked "Check this, if this document should be signed by a 3rd party guarantor/cosigner."
When the box designating the document as a cosigner agreement is checked, you will be prompted to add the cosigner/guarantor's contact information when batching documents. This contact information is added on the screen that appears when you include your cosigner agreement in a document batch. Your cosigner will be included in the e-signing process, with the ability to view the lease documents, but only sign the cosigner agreement.
