Creating a custom cosigner agreement

If you need to create a custom cosigner agreement, either from scratch or by duplicating our base cosigner agreement, you must have the check box checked "Check this, if this document should be signed by a 3rd party guarantor/cosigner." 

When the box designating the document as a cosigner agreement is checked, this will prompt the e-signing process to request e-signature from the cosigner instead of the tenant.
