If you would like to use Lease Runner to e-sign leases, the only set up required, is that you create a property/add a property in your account so our software has the data it needs to autofill the lease documents it will serve for the on-line electronic signing process. Lease batches are $43.00 per batch, charged to the landlord's credit card when the landlord signs. The landlord is always the last party to sign.
We have thoughtfully put together a web form for you to fill out in your account that covers the details needed to include in the lease documents.
Go to Properties tab > Add Property, fill out the form to "Create Property" > Save Property.
Once you hit "Save Property", you will be taken to the Lease Terms page to fill out the monthly rent amount, security deposit amount, late fee amount, etc. This information is then used to autofill your lease documents when you "Build a Lease batch".
Before you can send a lease batch, you must first "move in" a tenant (or tenants) in the system. You can do this by navigating to Properties > Manage Occupants > "move in" button. (If you did not use LeaseRunner to pre-screen your tenant, use the "Add Applicant Without Screening" button to create a profile for your tenant, then "move in" the record you just created.)
When you're ready, use the Dashboard > Lease > Build workflow to build your Lease Batch and Send to your tenant(s) for e-signature.
