Does Lease Runner screening services include international applicants?

LeaseRunner does not provide international background checks – all of our reports pull information from U.S. jurisdictions only. Our screening services use information such as SSN and/or USA addresses to locate information about the applicant. Without these local indicators, the reports will not obtain results. 

Additionally, if the applicant is from Canada or Mexico or any other country, and they do not have a valid SSN, the credit report will not obtain results. Our credit reports are for US citizens only.

If the applicant tries to fill out the reports using ITIN instead of SSN, the report will not obtain results.

Please note: SSN's will never start with a "9"
