Choosing the Appropriate Screening Report

CREDIT REPORT:
With data provided by Experian, you will receive a VantageScore 3.0 credit score from Experian, up to three applicant's addresses, an employer, if available, and a detailed credit report to include any liens, bankruptcies, and judgements. 
Use this report if you want to know:

• What are the trends in the applicant's bill payment history?
• How does the credit bureau rate this applicant amongst the general population? (credit score)
• Does this applicant have any past due bills or collections?
• What are the applicant's current monthly payments from installment, revolving, and mortgage debt?
• Does this applicant have any judgements, liens, or bankruptcies?

CRIMINAL REPORT: 
Our nationwide criminal search uses advanced record matching technology to ensure accuracy of the provided criminal report. 
Use this report if you want to know:

• Does this applicant have any criminal convictions in the last 7 years, and if so, what are the nature of those convictions and the date of the convictions?
• Is this applicant on a "Wanted" list, federal or state? (possible forcible entry)
• Is this applicant on a Sex-offender list?

CASH FLOW REPORT:
Cash is king. Get an overview of the applicant's cash trends for the last 90 days of the applicant's banking history. This report is generated per all applicant's accounts at one banking institution. 
Have you ever wondered this? 

• Can this applicant afford my rent, security deposit, and other fees amidst other expenses?
• Has this applicant’s bank account balance fallen below $0 at any time during the reporting period?
• Are there any non-sufficient funds charges in the applicant's account?
• Does this applicant’s bank account demonstrate a steady source of income?
• Does this applicant have a negative cashflow, which could jeopardize the timely payment of rent?

EVICTION REPORT:

Use this report if you want to know:

• Has this applicant been evicted in the last 7 years?

• Are there any outstanding financial judgements against this applicant due to an eviction proceeding?
