Printing Application and Screening Reports

As soon as the applicant submits the rental application and authorizes the requested tenant screening reports, they are electronically deposited into your LeaseRunner account. We have included functionality that allows you to download each completed report as a PDF.

You will be able to print the PDFs as you would any other PDF files from your computer.

To locate the downloadable PDF's, navigate to the Applicant Details page in your LeaseRunner account. (You can do so, by either clicking on the applicant's name from your Dashboard > Recent Activities table, or you can search for the applicant's name (first, last or both) in the search bar in the upper right.)

Once you are on the Applicant Details page, you will see tabs with green check marks next to any of the completed reports for this person. Click on the tab you wish to view. To download the PDF, click on the blue "Download" button in the upper right corner of the tab. Once the PDF is downloaded, print it from your computer. 

The blank rental application form is not printable. Our services are designed for a paperless process. However, if your applicant has completed the free rental app through our software, the rental application PDF will be available for printing for that person.
