How can my applicant edit their rental application after submitting it?

If your applicant needs to make corrections to a rental application they have already submitted, no problem!

Instruct your applicant to open the email entitled: "Copy of Your Rental Application". In that email they can click the button that says "Edit My Application". This link allows the applicant to make corrections or changes to their rental app and re-submit it to you with changes.

Once the applicant re-submits the rental app, it will be electronically deposited into your LeaseRunner landlord account for viewing.

This process applies to the rental application only. It does not allow the applicant to change or update information submitted in a completed credit report or any other completed report.
