E-signing Process with LeaseRunner

The lease documents that you send from your LeaseRunner account will arrive in your first tenant's email account within 5 - 10 minutes. If you have more than one tenant on your lease, the second tenant will receive the document for e-signature after the first tenant signs. 

1. Your tenant receives an email and opens the document (as shown below)

2. Tenant starts e-signing the document by clicking the Start button.

3. The tenant types in her name and applies the signature to all fields asking for the e-signature. 

4. The final step: The "Click to eSign" button sends the document to the next tenant in line to sign or the landlord.
