A copy of the signed document is emailed to all parties and saved in your LeaseRunner account.
To locate your signed documents: Go to Properties > View Leases > chose one of your tenants > "View PDF" button.
Once the Lease documents are signed, there can be no changes made in the signed PDF file. The reason for this is to honor the integrity of the e-sign process. If you need to change any of the terms of the lease, you will have to send a new lease for e-signature.
If the tenant moves out, use the "Move Out" button at the Tenant Details page. The tenant and his documents will be moved to the Past Tenants section at the Manage Occupants page.
Executed lease documents are saved under the tenant profile. If you delete a tenant, you will lose the signed lease documents that are saved under that tenant profile. Best practices would be to leave the tenant intact in the system and simply "archive" them or print your executed documents PDF to keep for your records.
