This question applies to property managers/landlords who indicated that you will pay for the screening reports for your applicant.
On the screening order form in your Lease Runner account, you are asked Who will pay for the order? Applicant or Landlord. If you select "Landlord" will pay, you are then asked to enter your credit card info to pay for the screening reports once the applicant authorizes the release of the ordered reports.
If any reports were skipped by the applicant, you will not be charged for them.
If you indicated the applicant will pay for the reports ordered, they will be asked to enter their own credit card info as the last step in the process for releasing the reports ordered.
If any reports were skipped by the applicant, the applicant is not charged for them.
Please note: If you indicated, "Landlord" will pay, entered your credit card info, and any of the reports ordered resulted in an error, your card would be still charged. This could happen if the applicant releases a report with an invalid address. In these rare instances, we would uncover the reason for the failed report and help you get a valid result.
