Tenants can pay their rent online, as well as any required deposits (such as a security deposit or pet deposit), pet fees, late fees, etc.

Your tenant can add all types of payments into one sum before submitting it.

The system is NOT able to tag the transaction whether it's a fee, rent payment, or a deposit.

• Example: if your rent is $1,000/month and your tenant owes you a late fee of $25, then he should submit a payment of $1,025.

Security Limitations:

For security reasons there is a maximum dollar amount per payment of $6500.
