What Types of Accounts Can Renters Use to Pay Rent

Tenants can make rent payments and security deposit payments through the Tenant Payment Center using a checking or savings account only.

Prepaid debit cards, debit cards, or credit cards are not compatible with the ACH system and cannot be used for rent payments in LeaseRunner.  

Additionally, our ACH system cannot support payments made from any bank outside of the United States.
