Instant Account Verification - Disabling Popup Blockers

Per Decision Logic, more banks are adopting the Open Banking practices for Instant Account Verification Effective October 19, 2022.

The following banks have been added to the list: Bank of America, TD Bank, Wells Fargo.

Chase Bank, Citibank, Capital One, and Brex banks have initiated Open Banking practices starting on April 21, 2022.

As a result of this industrywide update, request codes designated for these banks will no longer be refreshable after the transition. Please send a new request code to any impacted customers to access their latest bank account transaction data.

This change is not limited to DecisionLogic and applies to all Instant Account Verification providers and their customers.

Instant Account Verification requests are redirected to a new tab to login directly to the given bank website. If users are not being redirected, it is possible that they have pop-up blockers on. Please see attached doc to guide your customers through to allow pop-ups.
