Guidance on Fair Housing Act Protections for Applicants with Criminal Records

On April 4, 2016, the U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued the Guidance on Fair Housing Act Protections for People with Criminal Records. As a result, LeaseRunner will no longer provide arrest records in its Criminal Reports. Conviction records will be provided.
