How to Change Rent Amount

Question: How can I change the rent amount for my tenant?

Answer: Landlords can update the rent amount by navigating to Properties> Edit Lease Terms, change the Rent amount, then Save at the bottom.

A pop up box will appear asking if you want to notify your tenant of the rent change. Select YES if you are changing the rent amount for your existing tenant. Select NO if you are changing the rent amount for a new tenant. 

The notification will email your existing tenant instructions on how to accept the new rent amount if they are on autopay.
