How Long Does Each Service Take?

LeaseRunner's services are electronic and take only minutes to process.

Rental Application is available in your account as soon as your applicant submits it.
Eviction Check is available immediately after your applicant completes the electronic authorization form.
Credit Check is available immediately after the applicant completes the electronic credit report authorization form.
Criminal Check is available immediately after the applicant completes the electronic authorization form.
Cash Flow Report is available immediately after the applicant completes the electronic authorization form.

Executed lease with e-Signature will be available in your account and emailed to all parties after the landlord signs it. The document goes to the first tenant and when he/she signs, it goes to the second tenant, and so on. The landlord is the last party to sign.

Rent Payment will be available in landlord's bank account in five business days. This is standard timing for ACH 3rd party providers. However, when the rent payment is submitted, both landlord and tenant will receive a rent payment receipt email immediately with an exact day of the deposit to landlord's account.
