You can use any of our services independently from each other. Feel free to use LeaseRunner for pre-screening interested applicants only. Do you want to use LeaseRunner for electronic signing of the Lease only? That's fine! Pick and choose which of our many services fit your needs! No monthly subscription fee required. No one-time sign up fee required. Only pay for the services you wish to use.
No Extensive Account Setup Required
If you just signed up with LeaseRunner, Welcome! What's next, you ask? Use the features as you see fit! You can follow the "LINK" button if you want to create an "APPLY NOW" link with LeaseRunner. Or, begin screening interested applicants by using the "SCREEN" > Order button. Or, if you want to use LeaseRunner to serve an electronic lease batch for your tenants to e-sign, Go to Properties > Add Property. Pro Tip: you must first "move in" a tenant in the system to be a party of the lease before the lease documents can be served to the party to e-sign.
Dashboard
Use the Dashboard as your Home page. When you're ready to start a new service, use any of the three main categories from your Dashboard page: the LINK, SCREEN, LEASE buttons.
To keep track of your ordered service status, follow the Recent Activities table for the most recent updates.
Applicant/Tenant Involvement
Important! Applicants/Tenants do not come to LeaseRunner.com to complete screen orders. Instead, they work from an email with an SSL secured link, which gets generated when you (the landlord) send an order from your landlord LeaseRunner account. When you screen your prospective tenants, they never sign up with LeaseRunner. Applicants/Tenants always work from their email. To send a screening request, complete the SCREEN order form from your Dashboard in your landlord account.
