Activating your account and temporary password:

If you signed up for a free account at LeaseRunner we email you your temporary password and activation link. Please always copy and paste the password as it may contain some characters that are difficult to recognize. Sometimes a lowercase "l" looks like #1, etc.

If you are still having issues, please retrieve your username. Your username is NOT your email address.


Forgot your Username/Password:
If you forget your username or password, you can easily reset it at the log-in screen. 

Just click on either "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username". We will email you instructions on how to proceed. 

If you are still having issues, you may be using a wrong email address to retrieve your account information. 


The message below is mostly a result of an incorrect email address supplied to reset the password.
