How To Delete a User

To delete a user in your account, navigate to Users Tab > click red, "Delete User" button.

A Pop up confirmation box will appear. Click, "Delete User" to confirm the deletion.

If the user you are trying to delete has properties associated with that user, the system will not allow you to delete that user.

(*The user must first be removed from the saved property data before that user can be deleted.)
