Can we use the credit report service you provide to qualify potential buyers?

LeaseRunner is a reseller of Experian credit reports, and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act our only permissible purpose for delivering credit reports to users is for tenant screening. Therefore, we cannot deliver credit reports to anyone who wishes to use the credit report for other purposes, such as a home purchase. Qualifying a potential home buyer would need to be done outside of LeaseRunner.
