When navigating our LeaseRunner software, there are multiple ways to locate information depending on what you are looking for.
Screening Reports: If you are looking for a copy of the Rental app, credit report, or other screening reports that were completed by your applicant, you can click on the applicant's name from your Dashboard > Recent Activities table.
Or you can use the "Search" bar in the upper right hand corner and type in the first name, last name or both into the search to locate an applicant or tenant.
The software saves the rental app, credit report, other screening reports completed by the applicant, in an applicant record folder. This page is called the "Applicant Details" page.
Signed Lease Documents: If you are looking for a copy of the signed lease documents that were executed using LeaseRunner, you can click on the tenant's name from your Dashboard > Recent Activities table.
Or you can use the "Search" bar in the upper right hand corner and type in the first name, last name or both into the search to locate an applicant or tenant.
The software saves the Executed Lease Documents in a tenant record folder. This page is called the "Tenant Details" page.
Additionally, you can also navigate to Properties > Manage Occupants > View next to Applicant or Tenant record.
Please note: Your occupants may have two records. One as an applicant and one as a tenant.
The applicant record only contains a rental application and/or screening reports completed.
The tenant record contains: executed lease documents, rent payment records and renter's insurance info.
(LeaseRunner automatically archives the applicant record when you move-in the applicant.)
