Pricing and Miscellaneous Fees

There are NO periodic fees to use LeaseRunner. There are NO monthly fees to use LeaseRunner. All services are paid as you use them.

Service Pricing:

• Rental Application: Free
• Credit Report: $23 (can be paid by applicant or landlord)
• Criminal Report: $17 (can be paid by applicant or landlord)
• Eviction Check: $14 (can be paid by applicant or landlord)
• Cash Flow Report: $10 (can be paid by applicant or landlord)
• E-signing Lease Document Batch: $43 (paid by landlord)
• ACH Transaction: $5 (can be paid by the applicant or landlord)

Miscellaneous Fees for Using ACH Rent Collection:

• Landlord's rent payment forward failure paid by landlord due to incorrect bank information on file: $50
• Return Fee for a returned transaction is $10 payable by the tenant with the next transaction.
